Although my room had a huge balcony with a nice view, it was a bit small and not too suitable for two people. Considering I paid £345.00, I expected a bit more spacious and brighter accommodation. The service, however, was top-notch with incredibly friendly and helpful housekeeping staff. The location worked perfectly for me, being in the classy and charming Knightsbridge area away from major traffic noise. The dining options were brilliant, although I wished for healthier selections. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money with its facilities.
